Pre-marinate with Mr.Marc's overnight
or just before placing in the oven
(braai or roast)
For braaing, place on 3rd rung up
& baste Mr.Marc's on slowly
as you braai
Pre-heat oven to 160 / 170 - depending on size of meal
Cook at 160 / 170
For stews, curries, stir fries, soups, etc
add Mr.Marc's approximately 75% of the way through cooking & let it simmer for a short period
